Many years ago I was working in my yard when this real estate agent who happened to be Lorne Deffett approached me and asked if I was going to be selling my house in the near future. I told him at the moment I wasn't interested. Anyway he kept sending me his writing pads. Then circumstances in my life changed and I decided to sell my house.
